Rally of “Strongly Protest CCP Arresting Three Internet Users in Fujiang Province”
——Strongly Ask CCP Authority to Open Speech Freedom
At 11:00 of April 27, over a hundred China Democracy Party and China Democracy Party World Union members went to hold a rally before Chinese Consulate General in New York, Rally of “Strongly Protest CCP Arresting Three Internet Users in Fujiang Province” and “Strongly Ask CCP Authority to Open Speech Freedom”. Chairman of China Democracy Party and China Democracy Party World Union, publisher of “China Democracy Journal” Mr.Jun Wang attended the rally and made a speech.
On April 16, 2010, three internet users in Fujian Province, Yanqiong Fan, Huanying Wu and Jingyou You were sentenced by CCP authority at the crime “False Accusation and Frame”. Yanqiong Fan was sentenced 2 years in prison. Jingyou You and Huaying Wu were both sentenced 1 year in prison.
Two years ago in 2008, at night of February 11, 2008, a girl in Minqing Town of Fujian Province named Xiaoling Yan was forced to do prostitution by the organized gangsters. She was finally raped to death by eight people. Her mother Xiuying Lin asked for justice to upper level government, but no results were reached. In June, 2008, Xiuying Lin met Yanqiong Fan, Huaying Wu and Jingyou You and they promised to help her. On June 22, Yanqiong Fan and other two made the story of Xiaoling Yan into articles and videos according to materials provided by Xiuying Lin. They story was called “Xiaoling Yan in Minqing Town is Millions more Tragic than Yujiao Deng”. Those articles and videos were submitted onto the internet, which were transferred by the internet quickly and have been clicked for billions of times. These caused anger of the internet users and lots of critics appeared. At end of June, Yanqiong Fan, Jingyou You and Huaying Wu were arrested by the police of Fujian Province at crime of false accusation. On July 31, they were sentenced at crime of framing.

“Three Internet Users” made the articles and videos according to the materials from Xiaoling Yan’s relatives Xiuying Lin and Aide Lin. Xiuying Lin admits that they provide most contents for the “Three Internet Users” and wish to appear on court as witnesses. Xiuying Lin is not arrested for providing these materials. Instead, the “Three Internet Users” who helped them to tell truth are sentenced. The CCP authority has completely ignored the “International Human Rights Declaration” granted by United Nations. It persecutes Chinese people and depraves them of their rights if speech freedom.
Chairman of China Democracy Party and China Democracy Party World Union, publisher of “China Democracy Journal” Mr.Jun Wang made a speech in today’s rally. He said, CCP authority always uses internet to stock people’s opinions on socials problems and utilize internet to censor people paying attention to social problems. Many Chinese people criticize government about its inability to act on the internet or use the internet to ask for justice. They express their complaints and protests. In all countries which restrict internet freedom, China has the worst fame. Government will supervise threat and even arrest people who violate internet rules. CCP authority’s arresting and sentencing of three internet users Yanqiong Fan, Huaying Wu and Jingyou You is a string evidence to prove this point. China Democracy Party and China Democracy Party World Union strongly protest CCP authority’s arresting on three internet users. We appeal for CCP to release Yanqiong Fan, Huaying Wu and Jingyou You incidentally. Meanwhile, we demand apologies from CCP to all internet users.

CCP authority considers controlling internet a good way to keep their regime and the safety of the nation. The CCP authority even openly admits shutting up many websites. It infiltrates contents they dislike such as democracy, freedom and human rights. The censorship and control over internet done by CCP authority has over passed the simple problem of “News Check”. China Democracy Party and China Democracy Party World Union appeal for CCP to stop censoring internet incidentally! Open up internet completely! Open up speech freedom!
Several China Democracy Party and China Democracy Party World Union members made speeches in rally. They firmly support three internet users Yanqiong Hua, Huaying Wu and Jingyou You. We strongly demand immediate release of Yanqiong Fan, Huaying Wu and Jingyou You!
