Rally of “Firmly Support Petitioners to Call for Justice”
--------Strongly Protest CCP’s Persecution on Petitioners!
At 11am, March 2, 2010, over a hundred members of China Democracy Party and China Democracy World Union went to the front of Chinese Consulate General in NYC to hold a rally: “Firmly Support Petitioners to Call for Justice”, “Strongly Protest CCP’s Persecution on Petitioners”. Chairman of China Democracy Party and China Democracy Party World Union, publisher of “China Democracy Journal”, Mr. Jun Wang attended and made a speech in the rally.
In every March, during the time of People’s Congress and Central political Consultative Conference, the CCP government cruelly squelches the rights defenders, dissents and religionists, and arrests and persecutes the petitioners wanting to justify their rights. Many petitioners are supervised, harassed, beaten and even coldly killed by the CCP authority during time of the two conferences.
In these years, Chinese government advocates “Harmony Society” and waves the flag of “Economy Centered”. It uses violence as tool to force workers leaving their positions and residences leaving their houses, peasants leaving their lands and veterans losing their insurance. Their wrongful treatment is never properly appealed. Governments of all levels and officials ignore the injustice of people. When the people are forced into dilemma and their living rights are depraved, the people can’t tolerate anymore. The long oppressed unfairness and anger explode. They have to become petitioners and bleed blood and even lose lives for their choices.

Chairman of China Democracy Party and China Democracy Party World Union, publisher of “China Democracy Journal”, Mr. Jun Wang said in the rally: In the continuous activities held by petitioners, the people openly protest the autocracy of CCP and fight for their rights. Their behaviors represent the value of justice. The Chinese government ignores people’s unfair sufferings and accuses them of “Accumulate to Create Disturbance”. The government supervises and limits the freedom of petitioners.
Jun Wang also pointed out: The Chinese people have to strive for their rights because of the lack of democracy, freedom, human rights and legislation in China under a corruptive and autocratic system. The reality has shown that once the autocratic system not solved, the petitioners’ activities will never cease. China Democracy Party and China Democracy Party World Union will firmly support all Chinese people to petition for justice and strongly protest CCP’s persecution on petitioners.
Representatives from China Victims Union participated in today’s rally and made speech in the rally. Many members from China Democracy Party and China Democracy Party World Union made speeches in the rally and firmly support their activities of defending rights. Only under the multi-party democracy system in China, the petitioners can have their problems truly solved.
