Rally of “Donate to Assist CDP Member Rongqing Wang Who is Seriously Ill in Prison” in front of the Consulate-General of P. R. China in New York
----The No.17 Series Activity of Chinese Political Persecutor’s Rescue Propaganda Year”
At 11 am of Dec.1, 2009, more than one hundred CDP members came to rally in front of Consulate-General of P. R. China in New York. They have preceded The No.17 Series Activity of Chinese Political Persecutor’s Rescue Propaganda Year”. They strongly protested against CCP’s persecution on CDP member Rongqing Wang and donated to assist CDP member Rongqing Wang, who is seriously ill in prison. Mr. Jun Wang, chairman of China Democracy Party and China Democracy Party World Union and Proprietor of 《China Democracy Journal》attended today’s rally and gave a speech.
On Nov. 18, 2009, Mr. Rongyao Wang, CDP member Rongqing Wang’s younger brother reported to our journalist that his elder brother Rongqing Wang has received treatment for half of the year in Hangzhou Prison Hospital. In March 2009, Rongqing Wang was diagnosed to later period of renal failure and now turned to be urinemia. Rongqing Wang said that Oct. 08, 2009 is the last time I’ve seen Rongqing Wang. Currently, Rongqing Wang’s conditions are not very bad. Right now, he is almost dead in prison and Rongyao Wang is out of employment. He is incapability of his brother’s release for medical treatment. Thus Rongyao Wang appealed to focus Rongqing Wang’s condition in prison.
