From March, 2008 China Democracy Journal starts issuing, it has launched ninth edition. In international society, especially among internal and external Chinese people, it causes deep reflection. In order to making Chinese in New York read China Democracy Journal on time, China Democracy Journal Press installs newspaper racks in the second time. In the evening of Nov 8, 2008, China Democracy Journal Proprietor Jun Wang in heavy rain leads his staff to Manhattan, Elmhurst and Brooklyn to install China Democracy Journal racks.
After China Democracy Journal racks are installed in New York in the second time, there is a deep reflection. Readers phone to the Press to praise.

为了让纽约地区更多的华人及时阅读《中国民主报》，《中国民主报》社在纽约街头投放了第二批报箱。2008年11月8日晚上，《中国民主报》社社长王军冒着大雨，带领工作人员前往曼哈顿、Elmhurst与Brooklyn安放《中国民主报》报箱。
第二批《中国民主报》报箱放置在美国纽约街头之后，立即引起强烈反响，读者纷纷打电话给报社，进行热情洋溢的赞扬。
