Constitution of China Democracy Party Youth Mission

1. Backgroung
According to the severe political situation in China, in order for itself to develop fast and steadily, China Democracy Party Youth Mission has made this Constitution combining specific experience our Party has in its struggle against CCP.
2. Brief Introduction
China Democracy Party Youth Mission (CDPYM) is also called Democracy Youth in short from.
China Democracy Party Youth Mission announced its official establishment on January 15,2008. It is a political group of the youth prepared, initiated and formed by the young members of China Democracy Party in China.
China Democracy Party Youth Mission calls for ＇Peace, Unity, Patriotism, and Against Autocracy＇.
3. Position
Article One: China Democracy Party Youth Mission (CDPYM) is a subordinate organization to China Democracy Party.
It is led by China Democracy Party World Union.
4. Objectives and Task
Article Two: China Democracy Party Youth Mission objectives include thefollowing: unite the progressive young people in China; spread democratic ideals;develop the young forces of China Democracy Party; call on and launch domestic young groups to fight against dictatorship and promote the republic system in China.
Article Three: China Democracy Party Youth Mission＇s task is to assist China Democracy Party World Union and independently develop the organizational work among the young groups.
5. Struggle Orientation and Target
Article Four: Currently, China Democracy Party Youth Mission＇s main struggle orientation is to draw close and unite university students and other young groups; establish party organization among university students and other young groups; create and unify the young front.
Article Five: China Democracy Party Youth Mission＇s target is to callon and launch the young peopleallover the country to break through CCP＇s thought control and assist our Party to establish a democratic and free new China.
6. Members
Article Six: Anyone who reaches the age of 16 or above and no more than 40 years old can join China Democracy Party Youth Mission as long as he or sheis puts forward his or her personal application for registration and is also willing to participate in the activities of China Democracy Party.
Article Seven: All members of China Democracy Party Youth Mission are member of China Democracy Party.
Article Eight: Applicants must submit written or oral application to join the Party.
Article Nine: Every member is subject to one organization of the Party.
Article Ten: Members enjoy relevant rights and obligations.
7. Organization
Article Eleven: China Democracy Party Youth Mission adopts recruiting system. Due to the severe political situation in China, China Democracy Party Youth Mission can not temporarily be organized and operated in democratic models.
Article Twelve: China Democracy Party Youth Mission＇s organization is devided into the Central Organization and Regional Organizations.
Article Thirteen: The National Recruiting Committee is the highestlevel of Recruiting Organization, a General Recruiter is designated who is responsible for all its work
Article Fourteen: The General Recruiter is directly appointed by the Chiarman of China Democracy Party World Union.
Article Fifteen: Regional Recruiting Committee is in charge of work in provinces, directly-governed municipalities and autonomous regions where there are organizations of China Democracy Party Youth Mission.
Article Sixteen: Reginoal recruiters of Regional Recruiting Committee of China Democracy Party Youth Mission are appointed by the National Recruiting Committee.
Article Seventeen: District recruiters of District Recruiting Committee of China Democracy Party Youth Mission are recommended by the Regional Recruiting Committee and are appointed by the National Recruiting Committee.
8. Banner and Anthem
Article Nineteen: The Banner of China Democracy Party Youth Mission is the Joining Heart Patriot Banner.
Article Twenty: The Banner of China Democracy Party Youth Mission is white-colored based, a red heart is in the center of the Banner and the middle of the heart is a white Map of China which is surrounded by eight blue pentagon stars.
Article Twenty One: The Anthem of China Democracy Party Youth Mission is the June 4th song , ＇The Song of the Goddess of Democracy＇
9. Enforcement of the Constitution
This Constitution was enforced upon approval of the National Recruiting Committee on February 23, 2008.
