China Democrat Mr. Xue, Mingka(薛明凯)
China Democrat Mr. Xue, Mingkai, was born in Qufu, Shandong Province.
He actively contacts with China Democracy Party overseas.
In May, 2009, he was arrested under the charge of "subversion of
country domination".
In February, 2010, he was sentenced 1 year and 6 month in prison.
In early 2011, he was released from the prison. After his release, Xue,
Mingkai went to Leqing, Zhejiang, to investigat the murder of Qian,
Yunhui, a rights-protected village head.
At the end of February, 2011, Xue, Mingkai propagated the Jasmine
Revolution on the internet.
In the early March 2011, he was arrested again. In March 2012, the
Chinese Communist government sentenced Xue, Mingkai 4 years in prison
under the charge of "subversion of country domination". He
was only 22 years old that time.

2009年5月被中共以涉嫌“颠覆国家政权罪”刑拘。
2010年2月被判刑一年零六个月。
2011年初释放出狱。出狱后薛明凯前往浙江乐清调查维权村长钱云会的命案。
2011年2月底，薛明凯通过网络传播茉莉花革命。
2011年3月初再次被抓捕，2012年3月，中共当局以“颠覆国家政权”罪判薛明凯先生有期徒刑四年，年仅22岁。 |
