Zha, Jianguo(查建国), an Important Leader of China Democracy Party
Zha, Jianguo, the headquarters director of Beijing-Tianjin region’s China Democracy Party
Zha, Jianguo’s profile:
Zha, Jianguo belongs to Han nationality, and comes from Yixing city of Jiangsu province of China.
In the November of 1999, with Wenli Xu, Hongming Gao, etc. he established China Democracy Party headquarters of Beijing-Tianjin region, and acted as the vice chairman. Then he organized and held the First National Congress of China Democracy Party.
In February, 1999, he and Hongming Gao set up the joint headquarters of China Democracy Party, revised the “Party Charter of the Joint Headquarters of China Democracy Party”, and acted as the spokesman of the joint headquarters.
On July 30, 1999, he was arrested by the Beijing public security bureau. On the August 2 of that year, he was sentenced to nine-year imprisonment for the crime of “overturning the state’s political power” by China Communist Party.
On June 27, 2008, Zha, Jianguo, the first chairman of the joint headquarters of China Democracy Party, and the vice chairman of Beijing-Tianjin region’s headquarters, was released from the prison. Zha, Jianguo is a leading figure who organized China Democracy Party in 1998.

查建国简历:
查建国是中国江苏宜兴人，汉族。
1999年11月与徐文立、高洪明等成立“中国民主党北京天津地区党部”，任副主席。后又策划召开“中国民主党第一次全国代表大会”。
1999年2月与高洪明成立“中国民主党联合总部”，修订了《中国民主党联合总部党章》，任联合总部发言人。
1999年7月30日被北京公安局逮捕；同年8月2日被中共以“颠覆国家政权罪”名判刑9年。
2008年6月27日中国民主党联合总部第一任轮执主席、京津党部副主席的查建国出狱。查建国是1998年中国民主党组党的重要人物。
