A hundred CDP members attended Rally hold in front of the Congress in Washington on April7,2011 for a system of checks and balance of political power in China and establishment of a multi-party democratic constitutional system
Appealed the Chinese Government to carry out political reform.
On March 10, 2011,China＇s NPC chairman Wu Bangguo in his National People＇s Congress work report did in the Great Hall of the People proposed 6 No in China: no multi-party system, no multiplication of the guiding principle, no separation of political powers, no the
bicameral system, no the federal system, no privatization. Among the 6 No, first is no multi-party system. It is well known that one-party system of Chinese Communist Party has brought many problems to Chinese society: ruling party does not separated from government, the jurisdiction was not independent, official＇s authority could not be restrict, there are the serious embezzlement and corruption problem for a long time. The fact proved that one-party system will always produce corrupt officials. What is inconceivable is the Chinese Communist Party not only does not get rid of one-party system, but also still insist one-party system, continue to refuse to establish multi-party democratic constitutionalism system.
The Chinese Communist Party should realize the problem of the one-party dictatorship.
So long as practices the multi-party democratic system in China, the Chinese Communist Party then has the opportunity to reform itself to become a genuine democratic political party, and the Chinese society can obtain a bigger development.
The only method of China＇s political reform is the implement of separation of the legislative power, the executive power, the jurisdiction, and establish of multi-party democratic constitutional system.
