Chairman Wang,Jun calls on the U.S. President Obama to pay attention to CDP member Li,Hong who was persecuted to death by CCP
Dear President Obama,
I noticed that you delivered the state of the union address on Jan 25, 2011, which reviewed government policies in the past two years and looked into the future, you mentioned China several times when talking about unity of parties and dealing with national difficulties of all Americans. Therefore, your state of the union address with the theme of winning the future was soon translated into Chinese and published on several press websites in China.
Your state of the union address pointed out, that China and India have realized they could compete with other nations in the new world after making some changes. Hence, Chinese people take earlier and longer education for the next generation, they emphasize more on math and science, invest in research and development and new technologies. You also mentioned: China already own the biggest private-owned solar research equipments, and has computers with fastest running speed in the world. You paid attention to faster trains and new airports under construction in China, but neglected terrible human rights conditions in China. You only ambiguously worded that some central governments build railways when they say they want to build a railway-regardless of demolition of many houses; if they don’t want bad things published on newspapers, no one would report bad things…… Therefore, you directly praised merits of the Chinese government, and no criticism of defects of the Chinese government, which showed a little imbalance.
I personally think you are not very clear about specific situations in China, and we have the responsibility to help you better understand China so as to better accomplish your responsibilities as the President.
Hereby I only take a detailed instance to introduce you that CCP is taking great efforts with their political persecution, and CDP member Li,Hong was persecuted to death recently!
China Democracy Party member Li,Hong was a famous dissident writer, he had great talents and wrote many literature and political articles, he cared about the political reform and democracy construction in China, objected the violent regime of CCP, and expressed wills of CDP to realize a democratic China.
Li,Hong, original name Zhang,Jianhong, was sentenced 6 years with crime of “inciting subversion of state power” by CCP on March 19, 2007. He suffered torture and cruel persecution in prison, and had rare neurological disease within 3 months. His wife Dong,Min started to apply for outside treatment but hadn’t been approved by CCP. From Jan, 2009, Hi,Hong had lost the ability of self-governing, and the hospital controlled by CCP said Li,Hong’s disease was not treatable, and didn’t allow for outside treatment, it totally did nothing to save him from ruin and was intentional killing! Li,Hong didn’t get timely medical treatment, and his whole body had muscular atrophy, his heart function declined and endangered his life. His wife and family demanded to get him medical treatment outside the prison on bail and effectively cure him, but CCP ignored dying Li,Hong and delayed his best time for treatment, which resulted in diffusion of disease to his whole body. In June 2010, the prison informed his wife and family to get Li,Hong medical treatment outside the prison on bail when he was in critical condition, his family sent him to the Secondary People’s Hospital of Ningbo in Zhejing province. In the hospital, CCP dispatched police to stop good hearted people and democratic people to visit and assist endangered Li,Hong.
CCP cruelly persecuted Mr. Li,Hong to death…… No matter how hard his families tried, they couldn’t save Li,Hong and he was persecuted to death by CCP at the age of 52 on Dec 31,2010.
At 11:00 am on Jan 25, 2011, I led around two hundred CDP members to the Chinese Consulate General in N.Y. and held a rally despite the snow, strongly protested CCP persecuted Li,Hong to death! Request to severely punish the murderer! Request to compensate Li,Hong’s relative! May he rest in peace in his grave! We called on the CCP to abide by the “universal declaration of human rights” issued by U.N. and stop persecution of CDP members, people who maintain their legal rights, dissidents and religious people immediately. Rep of Chinese Victims League Ge,Lifang attended the rally and made written speech.
CCP persecuted Li,Hong to death showed aggravated persecution of CDP members by CCP. International society should pay attention to the grim fact that CDP members are persecuted by CCP. Facing their terrible experiences, we CDP members hope the American President can voice justice.
For our CDP members, we will continue to insist on principles of democracy, freedom, human rights and rule of law, insist on principles of openness, equality and justice, insist on rationality and non-violence. The goal of CDP is not to take the regime in China with violence, but through peaceful and rational ways, through democratic election and constitutionalism to step on the political stage in China, and let China have a democratic and free system with supervision and restraints; the goal of CDP is to build China to a democratic and constitutional country. Only when China becomes a country with democracy and constitutionalism can Chinese people enjoy the safe and comfortable environment with human rights and freedom, have space for human rights and freedom, and truly lead Chinese people to mutual prosperity. Thus global peace can be guaranteed, and the prosperity and safety of U.S. can also be truly guaranteed.

王军主席呼吁奥巴马总统关注中国民主党人力虹受中共迫害致死
尊敬的奥巴马总统：
你好！
我注意到，你在2011年1月25日间发表了令人关注的国情咨文，回顾了过去两年里的政府施政并展望未来，在团结党派和全体美国人应对国家困难的同时，也多次提到中国。正因为如此，你这份以“赢得未来”为主题的国情咨文，其全文内容很快被翻译成中文，出现在多个中国新闻媒体门户上。
你的《国情咨文》指出，中国和印度等国已意识到，在做出一些变革后将能够在新世界里与其它国家进行竞争。所以，他们对下一代进行更早和更长时间的教育，更加重视数学和科学，投资研发和新技术。你还指出：中国已拥有世界上最大的私营太阳能研究设施，世界上运行速度最快的计算机。”你关注中国正在建造更快的火车和新机场，却省略了中国糟糕的人权状况。你仅仅是含含糊糊地说，有些国家的中央政府说要建一条铁路，他们就会建成一条铁路──无论这需要拆除多少个家庭的房屋；如果他们不希望一件坏事见报，就没人会去写报道。……这样一来，你直接表扬了中国政府的优点，但却没有直接批评中国政府的缺点，这结果显得有点不大平衡。
我认为，奥巴马总统你的《国情咨文》之所以显得不大平衡，是因为你对中国的具体情况并不是很清楚的，而我们有责任帮助你更加正确地了解中国，从而更好地完成你的总统职责。
在这里，我仅仅举出一个非常具体的事例给你，介绍一下中国共产党政府正在大力升级他们的政治迫害运动，最近又把一位中国民主党人力虹残酷地迫害致死！
中国民主党人力虹同时也是一位著名的异议作家，力虹很有才华，他写了大量的文学作品和政论文章，关心中国的政治改革、关心中国的民主建设，明确反对中国共产党的暴力统治，用行动抒写中国民主党人要求实现民主中国的心愿。
力虹原名张建红，2007年3月19日被中共政府以“煽动颠覆国家政权罪”判刑6年。他在看守所里遭遇非人的折磨和残酷的迫害，在短短的3个月内就患了罕见的神经元疾病。力虹的妻子董敏开始为力虹申请保外就医，一直没有得到中共的同意。从2009年1月开始，力虹先生已经失去了自理能力，中共控制下的医院说力虹的病是治不好的，也不同意让力虹保外就医，简直就是见死不救！故意杀人！致使重病的力虹没有得到及时的医治，此时的力虹全身肌肉萎缩，开始蔓延，心肺功能也开始衰退，并危及到生命。力虹的妻子董敏和家人多次向狱方提出要求保外就医，想给力虹进行及时有效的治疗，可是中共当局却对病危的力虹先生视而不见，置之不理，耽误了治疗的最佳时机，导致疾病扩散至力虹的全身。在2010年6月，就在力虹的生命到了垂危的时候，狱方才通知他的妻子董敏及家人办理保外就医，力虹的妻子董敏及家人用出租车将他接到浙江宁波第二人民医院进行治疗。
在力虹住院期间，中共政府派警察阻挠一切善心人士、民主人士，探视和相助病危的力虹。
中共政府如此无情，残忍地将力虹先生推到了死亡的路上……不论力虹的家人如何努力，都已无法挽救力虹的生命，2010年12月31日，中国民主党人力虹先生被中共政府迫害致死，终年五十二岁。
2011年1月25日上午11时，我亲自带领近二百名的中国民主党成员顶风冒雪来到中国驻纽约总领事馆前举行集会，强烈抗议中共政府将中国民主党人力虹先生迫害致死！要求严惩凶手！要求补偿力虹的家属！以告慰九泉之下的力虹能够得以安息！呼吁中共政府遵守联合国颁发的《世界人权宣言》，立即停止迫害中国民主党人；立即停止迫害维权人士、异议人士和宗教人士。中国冤民大同盟代表葛丽芳女士也参加了集会并做了书面发言。
中共政府迫害力虹致死，表明了中国民主党人遭受中共政府迫害的严重程度已升级。国际社会应该关注中国民主党人遭受中共政府迫害的严峻事实。面对中国民主党人的悲惨遭遇，我们希望你，美国民主党总统，发出自己正义的声音。
至于我们中国民主党人，将继续坚定不移地坚持民主、自由、人权与法治的原则，坚持公开、公平与公正的原则，坚持理性、非暴力的原则。中国民主党的目的不是采用暴力夺取中国的政权，而是通过和平、理性的方式，通过民主选举和宪政程序走上中国的执政舞台，让中国拥有一个有监督和制约作用的民主自由制度；中国民主党的目标是把中国建成一个民主宪政国家。只有把中国建成一个民主宪政国家，中国人民才能拥有一个有人权、有自由、既安全而又舒适的环境，才能拥有一个人权和自由的空间，才能真正让中国人民走向共同富裕。只有这样，国际和平才能得到终极的保障，美国的繁荣与安全也能得到真正的保障。
